'Voice of the customer' sessions inspire the team at BrightSky

BrightSky Australia has been working with Operational Excellence Partners to advance operational excellence throughout their organisation.

A recent part of the program was coordinating 'Voice of the customer' sessions. The aim is to hear from customers to enrich the organisation's culture and inspire operational improvements that improve customers' experience.

As part of facilitating the session, we were introduced to Brendon Talbot of Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT Board and a valued member of the Forward community.

Brendon's contribution had a genuine impact and was an overwhelmingly positive experience for all attendees. Operational Excellence Partners was proud to facilitate the session.
